Many physician practices want the benefits promised by workflow enhancements coupled with information technology, yet hesitate to embark on a practice-wide electronic health record implementation due to concerns about lost productivity and workflow disruption. The Acumen nEHR Client Services team teaches and supports an implementation process designed to minimize disruption so the medical practice quickly receives the benefits of the Acumen system.

Our Services:

Implementation Management
Our Client Services group assigns a project manager to lead the Acumen nEHR installation. The project manager oversees all aspects of the installation and works closely with the practice’s project manager to ensure a smooth implementation.

Training & Education
HITSG ensures all members of the care team and staff are fully comfortable in using the technology through a tailored approach of remote train-the-trainer sessions.  These sessions are lead by the Client Services project manager via internet.  All sessions are designed specifically to the audience, be it: physician, nurse, staff, or transcriptionist.  Sessions are scheduled to adapt to your office hours; attendance is limited to your practice.

Interfaces & Conversions
HITSG will develop interfaces with any practice billing, administration and scheduling systems along with external labs, hospitals, and payers. While most of these interfaces have already been developed for our installed customer base, custom interfaces can
be created.  For practices that want to transfer existing electronic data into Acumen nEHR, Client Services will develop the protocols needed to convert this data. 

Technical Support
Live, expert technicians staff our technical helpline during business hours.  If needed, 24/7 phone support is available to address critical system issues.  Technical support issues may also be submitted from the Acumen nEHR application.
